2018 - 5: Bonus Fall

Apparently
I didn't write a trip report for this one, so we're limited to photos
of this short but lovely bonus fall trip
up the Taku. My mother and I wandered the meadows, set camera traps,
and went for a
very, very wet canoe ride all the way from the cabin, up the slough,
and
back, fighting the current. The most exciting wildlife was a marten I
startled from Alder, which ran obligingly into a nearby tree and shook
his tail at us from above.
