When I published this page shortly after the hike, I fully intended to return and write a trip report.  However, over a year later I find myself with fading memories and no journal to fall back on.  Suffice to say at this point that the trip was fantastic...!  My mother, Kathy Maas, and our friend, Denise Wolvin, joined my husband and I for a five day trek over the Chilkoot Trail.  Our dog Nigel and Denise's dog Fred also came along.  Hopefully I'll return with more details later.
